  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • Half of an avocado
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
  • A few leaves of fresh mint
  • Pinch of powdered ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg to taste
