- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup of coconut water
- Half of an avocado
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
- A few leaves of fresh mint
- Pinch of powdered ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg to taste
Simply blend the ingredients together and enjoy! In summer, use some ice cubes for a refreshing drink.
